This study aims to analyze the strengthening of students’ religious motivation in the achievement development program at Sekolah Indonesia Jeddah and its influence on students’ mental health and resilience in facing academic failure and competition. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The research subjects included achievement program supervisors, junior and senior high school students participating in the achievement program, counseling teachers, religious mentors, and the school principal. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that students in the achievement development program experienced psychological pressures such as fear of failure, insecurity, loss of motivation, and emotional distress when they failed to achieve expected targets. Strengthening religious motivation was carried out through Islamic studies, Islamic motivational sessions, congregational prayers, collective prayers, and teachers’ personal approaches. These activities positively influenced students’ mental conditions, including increased calmness, acceptance of failure, self-confidence, and motivation to continue developing themselves. This study indicates that strengthening religious motivation plays an important role in building students’ resilience and maintaining mental health in achievement development programs.
